How to get your B2B access
Activation takes place in three simple steps. It is important that you use the same email address for your customer account and your B2B application.
Create Customer Account
First, register as a regular customer. Use the same email address that you will subsequently provide in the B2B application.
Transmit company data
Fill out the B2B form. Provide your VAT ID number or upload a business registration or company extract.
Unlock obtained
We are personally reviewing your information. Once approved, you will be able to see your B2B prices in your registered customer account.
Order directly through our shop
Following verification, your customer account will be activated for B2B purchasing. Once you are logged in, you will be able to see your assigned dealer prices and process your orders directly through our shop.
Not all products are available for B2B sales. Your activated customer account will show you the range of products currently available to dealers.

Who can apply for B2B access?
Dealer access is intended for companies and business professionals who wish to purchase our products for commercial use or resale.
What documentation do I need?
If possible, please provide your VAT ID number. Alternatively, you can upload proof of business registration or a company extract as a clearly legible image or PDF.
When will I see my dealer prices?
Following a successful review, we will activate your customer account. Your B2B prices will be displayed as soon as you are logged in with your activated customer account.
Do I have to use the same email address?
Yes. Please ensure you use the same email address for both customer registration and your B2B application so that we can link your application to the correct customer account.
Is there a minimum order value?
The minimum order value for B2B orders is €75.00.
Are all products available for retailers?
No. Not all products are intended for B2B sales. Once you have been approved, you will see the range of products currently available to retailers.
