How long does the production take?
Since many of my products are personalized individually for you, the processing time varies depending on the item and current order volume. You can find the estimated processing time directly on each product page. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me before placing your order.
Can I request a custom design?
Yes, individual designs and custom-made items are generally possible. It is best to send me your idea via the contact form before placing your order. I will then check whether the desired design can be implemented and whether any additional costs will be incurred.
Can I still change my personalization after placing an order?
Changes are possible as long as I have not yet started the production process. Please contact me as soon as possible and be sure to include your order number. If your product has already been personalized or engraved, it is unfortunately no longer possible to make changes.
Where can I find the current status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. For parcel shipments, this will include a tracking number. There is no automated status update during the production process. If you have any questions, you can contact me, making sure to include your order number.
Can I see a draft before ordering?
A draft is not automatically created. For complex custom-made products or individually submitted designs, I will coordinate the layout with you before production if necessary. Minor adjustments such as names, dates, or the selection of existing designs will be implemented directly according to your instructions.
Can I have my order processed as a priority?
Please contact me before placing your order with your requested delivery date. I will check whether timely production and delivery are realistically possible. A binding commitment can only be made after our feedback.
